If an item, purchased from our online store, does not fit the Customer, the Customer can return the item within 14 calendar days from the day they received the item.

The Customer can exchange the item within 30 calendar days from the day they received the item. The item can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, for another item, or for a gift card.

To request return or exchange, the Customer should contact us via email at info@flavashirts.com or fill out the return request form.

Each request is considered on an individual basis. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues related to your order.

In the letter, the Customer must provide the number of the order they would like to exchange or return. If they would like to exchange the item, the Customer must indicate the item or size they would like to exchange it for.

The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The item of the proper quality is accepted only in marketable state (the item has not been used, all labels are intact). If the original packaging is damaged, the item can be returned in a different package.

When returning the item, only the cost of the returned item is refunded. Shipping costs, transaction fees, unfortunately, non-refundable.

The money will be transferred to the bank account used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item and a request for a refund.
